RETURNS & REFUNDS

At RAA Sacred, we take great care in crafting and packaging every order. If there is an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in their original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at hello@raasacred.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@raasacred.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Personal care and beauty products
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
